Through story, music and games about and with Pandastic Adventures children aged 4 to 6 will be playfully introduced to mindfulness practice. This program includes 10 sessions (à 45 min) in your kindergarten or school and it:

  • enhances creativity, concentration and memory
  • teaches self-soothing strategies
  • improves social competences
  • supports emotional balance and intelligence
  • promotes handling challenging situations with ease
  • emphasizes paying attention to their inner and outer experiences

We are thrilled to be able to accompany you on this path, the path from head to heart to live a more joyful, balanced, enriched and peaceful life.

You will receive the following:

  • 10 sessions at your kindergarten or school
  • small groups of 8-10 children
  • 45 min weekly sessions
  • free audio meditations to download (mp3)
