Through story, music and games about and with Pandastic Adventures children aged 4 to 6 will be playfully introduced to mindfulness practice. This program includes 10 sessions (à 45 min) in your kindergarten or school and it:
- enhances creativity, concentration and memory
- teaches self-soothing strategies
- improves social competences
- supports emotional balance and intelligence
- promotes handling challenging situations with ease
- emphasizes paying attention to their inner and outer experiences
