This program is available as a package and offers an Introduction to Mindfulness and a Mindfulness based stress reduction course for 6-8 weeks. The Introduction to Mindfulness will provide your employees with a better understanding of the principles of mindfulness, its benefits as a practice for overall wellbeing, and how they can learn to practice it. The Mindfulness based stress reduction course for 6-8 weeks is a research-based experiential program that has helped teams to:
- manage day to day stress to feel happier and healthier
- boost energy and productivity
- support a kinder and more creative team atmosphere with less conflict
- promote work-life balance
- enhance concentration and focus
- build resilience in handling the challenges of work-life

You will receive the following:
- 1 hour session Introduction to mindfulness with opportunity to experience mindfulness practices
- 60 – 90 minutes weekly sessions for 6-8 weeks in small groups
- group dialog and discussions
- handouts and assignments
- personal guidance and peer support
- guided instruction in formal and informal mindfulness practise
- free audio meditations to download (mp3)
- Mindful Hub: weekly short exercises (15-25 minutes) to practice together
